SCM412 – Flexibles, automatic scoring machine system: Manual, Semi-, and Full-Automation
Description
Our flexible, automatic scoring machine of type SCM412 meets all current and future technical requirements for PCB scoring.
This specially developed automation concept, using a 6-axis robot, is designed for flexible use in both small- and large-scale production.
Thanks to this automation solution, even very small batch sizes can be produced fully automatically and cost-effectively, without operator intervention.
With its specially designed PCB clamping and registration system, as well as high-precision milling drives and cross tables, the machine achieves the highest levels of accuracy.
A special feature is the CCD camera system, which measures the registration holes of the PCBs, ensuring 100% placement accuracy inside the machine.
With the optional “Wet Scoring Unit”, all aluminium or full-copper PCBs can be processed with optimal quality and productivity.
All process parameters required for production are readily available to the operator and can be quickly modified or optimized at any time.
The machining of halogen-free and flex materials is also possible.
