Production Team Lead (m/f/d) • Full-time
You will take on a key role at the interface between preparation and assembly and make a major contribution to the quality and on-time delivery of our complex machines.
Your responsibilities:
- Leading the assembly team: Technical and disciplinary responsibility for a small team of qualified production employees.
- Preparation & kitting: Ensuring the complete and on-time provision (kitting) of all assemblies and materials required for machine assembly.
- Hands-on support: Active involvement in the setup and mechanical assembly of our high-precision machining systems and in-house automation solutions.
- Quality control: Monitoring manufacturing quality and compliance with the strict standards of the semiconductor industry.
- Process optimization: Identifying and implementing improvements in assembly and preparation processes.
What you bring:
- Completed technical vocational training as an Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d), Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d), or a comparable technical qualification (e.g., technician/master craftsman).
- Several years of professional experience in machine or plant engineering, ideally with exposure to CNC and/or automation technology.
- Initial experience in team leadership, staff management, or as a foreman is an advantage.
- Confident handling of technical documents (drawings, bills of materials).
- A high sense of responsibility, strong organizational skills, and a pronounced hands-on mentality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a team and give clear instructions.
