LHMT GmbH designs and manufactures machinery and systems for the printed circuit board industry. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Service Technician (m/f/d) who brings technical know-how, a service-oriented mindset, and a hands-on attitude.

Your responsibilities

Servicing, maintaining, and repairing existing machinery and systems
Commissioning machines manufactured at our facility
Delivering customer training sessions
Providing technical support by phone and online
Supporting customers with faults, questions, and technical processes

What you bring

Completed vocational training as an electrician, mechanic, or mechatronics technician — or an equivalent technical qualification
Strong technical aptitude and an independent way of working
A genuine enjoyment of customer interaction and service-oriented work
Strong communication skills and a confident manner

Production Team Lead (m/f/d)

You take on a key role at the interface between preparation and assembly and make a major contribution to the quality and on-time delivery of our complex machines.

Your responsibilities

Leading the assembly team: Technical and disciplinary responsibility for a small team of qualified production staff.
Preparation & order picking: Ensuring that all assemblies and materials for machine assembly are provided (picked) completely and on time.
Active involvement: Hands-on support with the build-up and mechanical assembly of our high-precision processing machines and automation solutions in-house.
Quality control: Monitoring manufacturing quality and compliance with the strict standards of the semiconductor industry.
Process optimisation: Identifying and implementing improvements in the assembly and preparation processes.

What you bring

Completed technical vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or a comparable technical qualification (e.g. technician or master craftsman).
Several years of professional experience in mechanical or plant engineering, ideally with exposure to CNC or automation technology.
Initial experience in team leadership, staff management or as a foreman is an advantage.
Confident handling of technical documents (drawings, bills of materials).
A strong sense of responsibility, organisational talent and a distinct hands-on mentality.
Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a team and give clear instructions.
