SCM411 – Flexible, manual scoring machine system
Description
Our flexible, manual scoring machine of type SCM 411 meets all current and future technical requirements for PCB scoring.
Specifically designed for prototype and small-series production, this machine does not compromise on the functions and options available in our larger scoring machine models.
With its specially developed PCB clamping and registration system, along with high-precision milling drives and cross tables, the SCM 411 delivers outstanding accuracy.
By adding the optional “Wet Scoring Unit”, all aluminium or full-copper PCBs can be processed with optimal quality and productivity.
All process parameters required for production are readily available to the operator and can be adjusted or optimized at any time.
The machining of halogen-free and flex materials is also possible.
Automation can be upgraded at any time to the SCM 412 model.
