ROBI-FLEX Serie – Flexibles Automatisierungskonzept
Description
With our flexible automation concept ROBI-FLEX, we are able to perform various loading and unloading tasks within the smallest possible space. We mainly use and adapt carriers such as angled magazines and trolleys from companies like Kuttler or Schmidt, which are already in use by customers. Other carriers such as trays or slot pallets can also be adapted. A magazine transfer from magazine trolleys into our ROBI-FLEX automation system is not required — the entire trolley with its carriers is docked and indexed directly.
The system is designed to be so flexible that it can operate with one, two, or — depending on the application — multiple carriers. The specially developed multifunctional gripper allows handling of both very thin, delicate printed circuit boards and boards weighing up to 6 kg. An optional interlayer placement function is available. A CCD camera system is also available for various task options. The highly flexible ROBI-FLEX concept enables very fast adjustments to process and workflow changes. Integration of the system into another automation process can also be achieved quickly and easily.
All process parameters required for production are immediately available to the operator and can be modified or optimized at any time.
