ALFA-LIN – Flexibles, manuelles Ritzmaschinensystem
Description
Our flexible, manual scoring machine of type ALFA-LIN meets all current and future technical requirements for PCB scoring.
The scoring machine concept was developed specifically for small and medium-scale production.
Thanks to the special granite machine base, the highest precision is achieved.
During the scoring process, the printed circuit board is transported and positioned along the X-axis, so that only the upper or lower blade moves across the PCB.
The PCB is clamped and held in place by a clamping bar during the scoring operation.
This concept is particularly well-suited for processing very thin PCBs.
All process parameters required for production are readily available to the operator and can be adjusted or optimized at any time.
